baked chicken drumsticks are delicious, but what would you say if you also have a special sauce? the sauce is a combination of several ingredients that give a special note to any steak. is something special that combines asian ingredients with french and oriental spices. the mixture of flavors is the attraction of this simple roasted chicken recipe.
-6 chicken drumsticks
-mixed "five flavors"
-fresh cilantro (or parsley)
mix 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, a pinch of mustard and half a teaspoon of mixture "five flavors”, pepper, paprika (if you want more aromatic add an extra teaspoon of each).
add a tablespoon of apple vinegar, a tablespoon of chopped coriander, a teaspoon of thyme, one spring onion and 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
wash chicken drumsticks, sprinkle them with salt and then pass them through the sauce.
place chicken drumsticks into pan, and pour remaining sauce over them.
place pan into oven, cover pan with aluminum foil at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
then remove foil and leave tray in the oven for another 20 minutes until golden brown. meanwhile sprinke chicken with sauce from the pan.
very flavoured and delicious.
