Summer is comming so you must adapt you diet to new conditions. So your diet has to be light but nutritious, quick and casual, colorful and fragrant. If you like fish, then "forget" it in the oven for about 20 minutes (obviously after you've season it the way you like it), prepare a fresh vegetables salad ... and dinner is ready.
Wash salmon fillets, grease a pan with a little olive oil and place fillets in pan nicely. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, chopped fresh mint and a little fresh basil (dry it’s good too, but fresh herbs give an extra flavor). Squeeze a lemon over salmon, add the sliced garlic, a little water and place tray in the oven at 180 degrees.
It is ready when light brown. No need to tell you what a wonderful aroma ...
Serve warm with salad.
