Flavored meatballs

Flavored meatballs is a simple and delicious recipe. Serve hot or cold, as appetizer with mustard sauce or as a main course. These balls are very attractive due to mix different herbs with spicy condiments. They are delicious with a garnish of oven baked potatoes.
-750 gr mixed minced beef and pork meat
-2 - 3 stalks green onions
-about a half of oregano, dill, parsley (fresh)
-a few sprigs of fresh thyme
-salt, pepper, paprika and pepper (if you want it spicy)
-1- 2 cloves of garlic (to taste)
-an egg

Wash all herbs and onions, put them in the robot and chop them finely.

Add meat mixture over the chopped garlic, ground meat and stir well. Then sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika and stir again.

Add the egg and mix until all the composition is homogeneous.

Shape meat balls and pass them through flour.

Fry meatballs over medium heat.

Turn them on all sides until well browned.

Remove meatballs on absorbent towel.

Hot or cold, flavorful meatballs are very tasty.
