a simple summer recipe, easy and good for a casual weekend lunch! fried sardine fillets are easy to cook and yogurt and avocado mix is nice and soft.
ingredients:
-several sardines fillets
-an egg
-2 to 3 tablespoons flour
-oil
-yogurt
-an avocado
-lemon
-a small cucumber
-garlic
-salt, pepper

whisk egg and mix with flour, so you get a thicker composition.

pass sardines through the egg and flour composition and then fry them in some olive oil over medium heat. add a clove of garlic in the frying oil for flavoring.

when brown, turn them on the other side. after 2-3 minutes, remove the fish fillets on absorbent towel.

make the sauce by mixing 125 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, the pulp of an avocado, juice of half a lemon, a little cucumber, 1-2 cloves of garlic. mix until you obtain a homogeneous sauce. add salt and pepper.

serve immediately.
you can make the sauce in advance and leave it in the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
