Hake spool in pepper crust can be prepared very quickly and the result is sensationally good. Select pieces of hake without bone and skin and you will shorten the cooking time even more.
-1 piece of hake without bone and skin (about 400 gr)
-1 tablespoon of multicolored pepper berries
-fresh greens (optional)
Lightly grease with oil a large rectangular baking paper. Place alternating thin strips of vegetables (carrots and zucchini) and sprinkle salt. Place the pieces of fish over the vegetables. Sprinkle it with lemon juice. Sprinkle salt, dried oregano and ground pepper (you can toss some chili flakes).
Wrap well and place the spool in a tray.
Because the fish was very thick, I left it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve hot. You can spray it with a vinaigrette of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs.
