the mushrooms cream-soup with sour cream is delicious and is very easy to prepare.
boil 3 potatoes cut in pieces, one onion, one carrot and one celery.

after 15 minutes, add the mushrooms (half a kilo). make sure that they're washed, cleaned and cut. add salt, pepper and garlic (depending on your taste).

let the whole thing boil another 15 minutes. take the pan off the fire and mix the soup.

add one small jar of sour cream (or 200ml of liquid sour cream - it's ideal because it mixes very easy). mix and put the pan back on the fire (medium) until the sour cream is completely mixed.

serve hot with minced parsley and sour cream topping.

if you want to make this a vegetarian recipe, you can replace the sour cream with soy sauce.
