For chocolate and fine tastes lovers, these chocolate raw truffles are just a delight. Apparently, a decadent candy with a sweet taste, the raw vegan chocolate truffles is a good dessert, dietary and even your friendly with your silhouette All ingredients are vegetarian, so it can not be refused not even by the most dedicated vegans.
It can be easily prepared, the final appearance is great and the taste cannot be described, it has to be tried because I assure you it deserves to be!
-agave syrup (very sweet, but dietetic - it has very low glycemic index)
-optional: dried fruits, organic fragrances, etc.
-coconut flakes (powder)
Mash the avocado core with a fork and then mix with 3-4 tablespoons agaves syrup, as in mayonnaise.
Add 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa and almond powder to obtain a consistent cream, so you can shape the candies.
If you like black chocolate then put more cocoa (it is better to add little by little and taste until you reach the desired proportion).
If you want to have some chocolate truffle filling, then add 2-3 tablespoons of dried fruits (blueberries are delicious) or 2 tablespoons orange peel jam (attention, the jam is vegetarian but not vegan, so do not offer it to those who want an exclusively raw food).
Make balls by hand and roll in the cocoa and coconut.
Place each candy in a special paper to not stain yourself when tasting it.

Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Or less, if you do not have patience :)
