It's already barbecue season, and this delicious barbecue recipe, well seasoned and aromatic may be the star an outdoor party.
We prepared this salmon and sole "surprise" skewers , in two colors (red and green), to help you surprise all your guests. The surprise is the combination beween this two fish (salmon and sole), alternating colors of white and pink and, last but not least, the use of delicious marinades, colorful and perfect.
-a piece of salmon
-a fillet of sole
-fresh greens: parsley, basil, oregano, mint
-pepper, hot paprika, sweet paprika, curry
Grease prods with a little oil (to remove the meat easier). Cut salmon into cubes and sole fillets into strips. Wrap each piece of salmon into sole strips and insert the fish into spears
Prepare two marinades. Spicy red marinade: mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with salt, paprika, curry. Green and fragrant marinade: chopped greens, mix it with a little olive oil, 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice and salt.
Grease skewers with the two madinades and leave them to cool for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill and cook skewers at medium heat. After 5 minutes, turn them on the other side.
When slightly brown, it’s ready.
Serve warm with vegetables salad.
