Salmon salad

a simple salad, light, tasty and healthy - salmon salad. it can be served to lunch or dinner as appetizer or even main course.

ingredients:
-a salmon fillet about 250 gr
-3 - 4 tomatoes
-few iceberg lettuce leaves
-a few strips of colored pepper
-quarter of red onion cut in thin strips
-15 olives
-oil
- oregano
-one lemon
-pepper and salt
first wash and wipe salmon, season it to taste and fry it in a teflon pan greased with olive oil. allow fish to cool and then add fish in salad.
break or cut lettuce leaves, add pepper and onion.


chop tomatoes and add them too, along with olives.


add oil and lemon juice and mix well. add salmon strips.


mix and taste. then add salt, pepper and oregano and it’s ready.
serve immediately. it is delicious!
