Spinach and feta pie – the fast version

this greek pie is very delicious. it is a very nutritious dish and light at the same time. if you don’t have time you can use semi prepared dough.
ingredients:
-2 packets filo pastry
-300 grams of raw spinach
-2 eggs
-200 grams of feta or fat salty cheese
-one yolk to a grease the pie


wash and cook (in oil) the spinach.


when spinach juice is completely reduced removed, turn of heat.


place a baking paper on the bottom of the tray, then place the first layer of pastry.


beat eggs and mix them with half the amount of grated cheese.


add the chopped spinach and stir well.


add spinach eggs and cheese composition over dough. then sprinkle the remaining feta cheese on top.


cover with the other pastry sheet. grease the pastry shhet one yolk.


bake in oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. then at 180 degrees for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.


you can serve hot or cold.
