one of the most appreciated salads is the tuna salad. tuna is a predator fish, rich in fat acids omega 3, which help the immune system, the cardio-vascular system and protects the nervous system.

the tomatoes contain natural antioxidants (vitamin a, c, lycopen which is said to prevent cancer), and olives contain mono-saturated fats and vitamin e with an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and cell-protective role,

this salad is a delicious way to savor a portion of health. the french-style salad recipe brings many vegetables and a delicious provence sauce. it's worth trying it.



ingredients:
- green fresh salad
- one tuna can in own sauce
- 10 green olives filled with peppers
- half a can of corn
- french dressing (you can find it in the supermarket)
- 3 tomatoes


wash the salad and tear it into medium pieces. add the olives and the drained tuna.


break the tuna into small pieces withe a fork. mix the salad with the corn and add 2-3 spoons of french sauce.


cut the the tomatoes in slices and spread them over the salad.


you can serve it right away. it's a very nourishing but light salad.
