yogurt dill sauce is great for salads, steaks and baked or fried potatoes. if you use soy yogurt, it can satisfy even a purely vegetarian menu, so there are unlimited combinations (baked zucchini, grilled mushrooms, cauliflower and steamed broccoli, etc).
ingredients:
-a jar of yogurt (plain, partly skimmed or soy)
-2 tablespoons chopped dill
-a tablespoon of olive oil
-juice of half a lemon
-salt
-pepper
-crushed garlic (optional)

mix all ingredients.

add the ground garlic, bit by bit, tasting so it won't come out too aromatic.
