baked potatoes, provencal style, are very flavourful and delicious. the mix of dijon mustard with sour cream offers a fine and elegant note and the flavour of the aromatic bouquet brings a pleasant and attractive fragrance.
-150 ml cream
-2 tablespoons dijon mustard
-dried provencal herbs
-1-2 cloves of garlic
wash potatoes, clean, peel and cut them into 4 cubes (quarters).
mix sour cream with mustard, salt, pepper, ground garlic and 2 tablespoons of provencal herbs.
mix potatoes with sour cream sauce.
grease a pan with little olive oil. add potatoes and sauce.
bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until brown and soft (check with fork if ready).
ideal as garnish for steak.
