Hungarian pork steak

Many restaurants in Budapest have some very interesting pork steak recipes, that we invite you to taste. Some of these restaurants recommend these steaks as "Gipsy steaks", others as "Hungarian steaks", but the conclusion is the same: it's very spicy and very delicious!

-4 pork chops (or pork neck)
-5 cloves of garlic
-2 tablespoons of paprika paste (or 2-3 red hot peppers)
-1 tablespoon of oil
-salt, peper, sweet paprika

Prepare the meat and spice it with salt, peper and sweet paprika.

Prepare the garlic sauce with paprika. Ground 5-6 cloves of garlic, add salt powder, 2 tablespoons of hot pepper paste and 1 spoon of oil

Mix the sauce until it becomes like as mayonnaise.

Fry the meat on the hot grill. After 5 minutes, turn it over.

Spread a spoon of paprika garlic sauce on the side of the steak which is already fried. After another 5 minutes, take out the steaks in a termo-resistent bowl and keep them warm.

When all the steaks are ready, serve them hot with side potatoes and salad.

"Hungarin" or "Gipsy", this steak can be an idea for Christmas, having the advantage that you can cook it very fast and it's very spicy and flavoured.
